Chase Steyns is a Senior Director in RGA¡¯s Private Debt & Equity group, where he leads due diligence and structuring of direct equity, direct debt, and GP fund investments. Chase is a board member of or observer to several Private Debt & Equity portfolio companies. He is also a member of the Private Debt & Equity Investment Committee.

Before joining RGA in 2024, Chase served as investment professional at the Riverside Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø. Prior to this, Chase served in various investment roles at City Capital Ventures, Twin Brook Capital Partners, and Huntington Bank Sponsor Finance.

Chase earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance and operations management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
