Christina (Tina) Haertzen is Vice President, Group Life, Accident & Disability (LAD) at RGA. In addition to client management, underwriting, and marketing, she leads the Group Disability line of business for Group Life, Accident and Disability. Tina provides value-added services for clients including case workshops and facultative underwriting. She manages client growth strategy as well as group research services. Tina also leads a new initiatives business strategy for Group, ensuring awareness and knowledge of new technologies and insurance products in the marketplace for our clients. Tina joined RGA in 2001.
